Orders are typically processed within 7–15 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on supplier stock levels, order volume, and product availability.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times for all eligible countries are approximately 40–70 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
Aero Ebikes ships to selected countries only. Availability may vary depending on the product and destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that e-bike products, batteries, and accessories are legal to import and use in their country or region before placing an order.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for e-bike kits and batteries where available. Some accessories may not include tracking information.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages due to products being shipped from different supplier locations. Batteries may also be shipped separately from kits or accessories.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges required by their country.
If a package is rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs, Aero Ebikes is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or additional shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. Aero Ebikes does not accept cancellations, change-of-mind requests, or order modifications after payment has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Aero Ebikes is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Aero Ebikes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Orders
